Area Managers are a key part of the senior leadership team working with store managers across the chaiiwala® network to achieve business success.
You will work closely with senior management and help to develop store managers by working with them on how to solve issues and hit business targets. You will responsible for ensuring each chaiiwala® store in your remit meets the highest standard of quality. Furthermore, you will be tasked to create and execute local strategies and manage your area’s performance, by knowing the market, the customers and the stakeholders.
You will be tasked in looking after multiple stores, support and develop people, work closely with store managers, ensure targets are met with a huge emphasis on delivering a first-class service to all our valued customers. A typical successful candidate is one with direct experience in the role or you could be an existing store manager looking to make that step up.
