As Operations Manager you’ll be able to apply your past culinary leadership experience to ensure a seamless stream in the chaiiwala® chain.
From managing kitchen and logistics staff, compliance of all health and regulatory requirements, delivery to stores, manage maintenance, repair and upkeep of the kitchen and inventory management.
Due to the importance of the role we are seeking a superior experience leader who has cut their teeth in a similar fast-paced, highly visible and changing environment.
You will need to display strong abilities as a team player and leader and ability to forge strong relationships with staff across the board.
A self-starter with excellent organisational brain is a must alongside a few years of demonstrated track record in a similar role.
