One of the most important roles for any chaiiwala® store- the store manager.
Store Managers typically run the store managing everything from staff rotas, day-to-day operations and generally looking after the entire branch.
This is a front line position and links the store and its valued customers with the senior management. A successful candidate will have had similar experience in a previous role or someone who is ready to step up to a more senior position.
A positive can-do attitude, friendly face, positive demeanour working under pressure and being a multi-tasker are some of the pre-requisite skills required to apply for this position.
