Chaiiwala® is today proud to announce that we have achieved Associate Membership of the British Franchise Association (bfa).

The brand has been recognised for having an established network including having a franchise model, policies, procedures and systems that are capable of supporting multiple franchise outlets.

The recognition by the bfa is a direct result of the investment and commitment Chaiiwala® has placed into procedures to grow our franchise model and is a key component of the company’s long-term growth plan.

A spokesman for Chaiiwala® said the bfa membership will help the business expand their brand, develop their franchise package and recruit high-quality franchisees.

He said: “Joining the bfa is a key part of our growth and we are delighted to have been accepted as an Associate member.

“This is also excellent news for our existing and potential franchisees and is further highlights our commitment to our expansion plans.

“Having met with the bfa team we share a lot of the same values and passion. Just like Chaiiwala®, the bfa is committed to growing our franchise network ethically and responsibly and these synergies will be crucial to strengthening our brand going forward.”

To become a member of the bfa, Chaiiwala® went through a rigorous process which included a review of the company’s systems and processes.

Chaiiwala® will also benefit from the support of the franchise industry and draw on the knowledge of others within the industry.

The bfa is the voice of ethical franchising in the UK. Their role is to represent members and help promote them within the industry and beyond. As well as providing information and advice to businesses planning to franchise – or people considering joining a franchise – they also work closely with the members to help develop their expertise in the industry.
