Tea or Chai has the wonderful power of bringing people together. Our aim is to unite the communities that we operate. Every cup of chaii we serve represents the entire community we serve and the very foundations of the chaiiwala® business model.

Since our inception we have championed the need to be an inclusive and diverse community. We exist to serve the community that we are part of which means the very nature of our existence has inclusivity and diversity at its core. Our aim is to welcome every member of society with open arms and create a culture that is warm, understanding and friendly.

Our vision is make a positive impact in the communities we serve and change lives for the better – by giving opportunities to those who ordinarily would not have been given that chance.

As a company which is motivated by seeing others happy, we have an ethos of helping build careers. Wherever possible we want our team and staff to progress in life and in their job. This includes a chance to move up the ladder from the store all the way to running their very own chaiiwala® as an operator or manager. This is one of the main motivations for the management team of chaiiwala® and one we will strive to staying committed to.
