How do I join the loyalty scheme?

To participate in the Chaiiwala Loyalty Scheme you must register an account at ordering.chaiiwala.co.uk and complete the registration process. No app download is required.

Membership is personal, non-transferable, and limited to one account per individual.

Can I participate without registering?

Accepted Answer

No. The loyalty scheme is available exclusively to registered users. Stamps cannot be earned or redeemed without an active registered account.

Question 3

Which orders earn a stamp?

Accepted Answer

Subject to these Terms & Conditions, one stamp is awarded per qualifying order with an eligible spend of £2.50 or more, placed online or in participating stores. Stamps are awarded per order, not per item. An order above the threshold earns one stamp regardless of its total value. There is no daily limit on the number of stamps that can be earned. For online orders, you must be signed in to your registered account at the time of purchase. For in-store purchases, you must present your loyalty QR code at checkout at a participating store. Stamps cannot be awarded retrospectively if your loyalty account is not used at the time of purchase. Chaiiwala reserves the right to exclude certain products, promotions, discounts, transactions, or purchase types from stamp accrual at its discretion. Delivery charges, service fees, tips and gift card purchases do not count towards the eligible spend threshold unless expressly stated otherwise.

Question 4

When will a stamp be credited to my account?

Online orders: the stamp is typically credited immediately upon successful completion of the transaction. In-store orders: the stamp is usually credited within 24 hours of purchase. Chaiiwala does not guarantee real-time allocation and accepts no liability for delays caused by technical issues or circumstances outside its reasonable control.

What do my stamps earn?

You do not redeem stamps. Each time your balance reaches a rung, the reward is added to your account automatically: 5 stamps: one free regular hot drink. 10 stamps: one free street food item. 15 stamps: one free wala wrap. You then use the reward on a later order, subject to availability at the store at the time. A reward is single use and cannot be reissued if lost, expired, deleted, or unused. Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with certain offers, discounts, or promotions unless expressly stated otherwise.

Do stamps expire?

No. Stamps do not currently expire. Chaiiwala reserves the right to introduce an expiry period in future. Where it does so, the change will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible and will apply prospectively.

Question 7

What happens if my order is cancelled or refunded?

Where an order is refunded on the same day it was placed, any stamp awarded for that order will be removed from your balance. Where a reward has already been redeemed, Chaiiwala may deduct the corresponding value from your balance or take other reasonable steps to recover the benefit received.

What is chaii legend?

Chaii legend is the membership tier above chaii lover. It is reached by earning 15 stamps in total across the lifetime of your account. Chaii legend benefits 15% bonus credit on every chaii wallet top-up, against 10% as a chaii lover. Maintaining the tier Chaii legend is maintained by earning at least 5 stamps in a calendar month. Members who fall below that return to chaii lover and can regain chaii legend by reaching 15 lifetime stamps again. Where reasonably possible, Chaiiwala will notify you before the tier is lost.

What is play & win?

Every qualifying order earns one play. Every play awards a prize. There are no losing plays. Prizes may include chaii wallet credit, an additional stamp, or a voucher for a menu item. A play expires 30 days after it is awarded if it has not been used. A prize voucher expires 14 days after it is issued. Prize availability may be capped, and the prize pool and the odds attached to it may change at any time. Prizes are awarded at random from the prize pool in force at the time of play. Chaiiwala does not guarantee any particular prize.

What is the chaii wallet?

Accepted Answer

The chaii wallet is store credit held against your loyalty account. It can be topped up from £5.00, up to £100.00 per top-up and a maximum balance of £200.00. Every top-up earns bonus credit on top of the amount added: 10% as a chaii lover, 15% as a chaii legend. A £10.00 top-up is worth £11.00 to a chaii lover and £11.50 to a chaii legend. Bonus credit does not expire. Chaii wallet credit is where play & win credit is paid. Credit is not redeemable for cash, refunds or legal tender and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted or exchanged.

Can I add my card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

Yes. Your loyalty card can be added to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet from within your account, and your stamp balance updates automatically. A wallet pass is a convenience only. It is not required in order to participate in the loyalty scheme, and the balance held against your registered account is definitive if the two ever differ.

Can stamps, rewards or credit be exchanged for cash?

No. Stamps, rewards, prizes and chaii wallet credit are not redeemable for cash, refunds or credit and cannot be transferred, sold, gifted or exchanged.

Can the scheme change?

Accepted Answer

Chaiiwala reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend: the eligible spend required to earn a stamp; the number of stamps required for each reward, and what those rewards are; the requirements for reaching or maintaining a membership tier, and the benefits attached to it; the play & win prize pool, the odds attached to it, and any caps applied to individual prizes; stamp, reward and voucher expiry; and any other aspect of the loyalty scheme. Chaiiwala may also correct, adjust, remove or reverse stamps, rewards, prizes, credit or benefits awarded, credited, redeemed or applied in error due to technical, administrative, system, processing or human error. Any material changes will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible. Rewards and vouchers already issued and still valid will be honoured until they expire.

Can my loyalty account be suspended or terminated?

Yes. Chaiiwala reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any loyalty account, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that: the loyalty scheme has been used fraudulently or unlawfully; the account holder has breached the Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions; multiple accounts have been created by the same individual contrary to the scheme rules; or any activity has occurred that Chaiiwala considers to be misuse, abuse, or manipulation of the loyalty scheme. Where an account is suspended or terminated, any associated stamps, rewards, prizes, credit or benefits may be cancelled without compensation.

Question 15

Can Chaiiwala change or end the loyalty scheme?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Chaiiwala reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the loyalty scheme at any time. Where reasonably practicable, Chaiiwala will provide advance notice of material changes or termination through the ordering site, the website, email, or other appropriate communication channels. If the loyalty scheme is terminated, Chaiiwala may specify a redemption period during which members can redeem any remaining eligible stamps and rewards. Following the expiry of that period, any unused stamps and rewards will expire and have no value.
