what the site is for

This site is an informational and marketing presence for Chaiiwala — menu, stores, news, careers, franchise and catering. Ordering happens via our third-party ordering partner under store-specific subdomains; The Originals merch is on a separate Shopify store. Each of those has its own terms shown at checkout.

content & ip

All content on this site — including the Chaiiwala name and wordmark, the teapot mark, the “chaiiwala” script wordmark, photography, illustrations, recipe descriptions and layout — is © Chaiiwala Ltd or used under licence. You can share individual pages and screenshots in personal social posts. Anything beyond that (commercial reuse, framing, scraping, republication) needs written permission.

acceptable use

• Don’t use the site in a way that breaks any law or causes harm.
• Don’t attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe for vulnerabilities outside a responsible-disclosure context, or interfere with how the site works.

We try to keep menu items, opening hours and store information accurate, but information changes. The authoritative source for opening hours is the store itself; the authoritative source for a price is your receipt. The site may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance.
