Unfortunately the scheme is only available to registered users.

• Bronze – Earn 3 points per £1 spend
• Silver – Earn 5 points per £1 spend
• Gold – Earn 7 points per £1 spend
• Platinum – Earn 10 points per £1 spend

• Achieve Silver tier at £20 spend
• Achieve Gold tier at £150 spend
• Achieve Platinum tier at £500 spend

Each point is worth the equivalent of 1p.

• Each voucher is valid for 1 year only.
• The expiry date is shown on each voucher.
• Vouchers are single use.

Points have no cash value and can’t be exchanged for cash. Points can only be converted into a voucher and spent as per the mechanism above.

• Chaiiwala reserve the right to change the conversion rate between points and vouchers at any time. Note this would be communicated in advance and you would always have the opportunity to convert & spend your points at the pre-existing rate for a limited period of time.
• Existing vouchers that have not expired will always remain at their face value.
